Ready to grow, change, and thrive like never before?

The EQ-i 2.0 assessment results were very interesting. Sue’s interpretation and guidance around the results were extremely insightful. I really like that I was able to walk away from each coaching session with clear actionable steps to work on my EQ to improve both my business and personal relationships.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get my employer to help pay for this?
Since when does emotional intelligence have anything to do with business?

Oh, only since the dawn of time.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret:

Every business problem has a personal component.

Every single one.

And the reason for that? Is that businesses aren’t inanimate entities that run themselves.

Businesses are run by people. Businesses are staffed by people. Businesses are grown by people.

And when businesses fail, it’s because of the people in that business who caused it to fail.

Businesses are only as strong as their people, and people have emotions. Now, for a lot of business people, it’s tempting to ignore the messy inner workings of the human mind, because nobody wants to deal with that mess.

That’s why EQ programs scare people. Because emotional intelligence training can often feel like you’re opening a Pandora’s box of negative emotions and traumatic experiences.

But the longer you keep the box of monsters shut, the louder the growling gets until you can’t ignore it anymore.

Sooner or later, every business comes to a point where it must confront the personal, emotional aspect of business problems.

And the sooner you start leveling up your EQ, the more time you devote upfront to mastering your emotional intelligence, the better equipped you’ll be to handle these problems when they arise.

I’ve already mastered my emotional intelligence!

Oh, you sweet summer child.

Nobody has mastered their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence isn’t something you master once and then forget about. It’s not a box on a to-do list to be ticked.

Emotional intelligence is something you continue developing throughout your life. It’s a skill that you work on every single day. It’s like making your bed – just because you did it yesterday, that doesn’t mean you don’t have to do it today.

And the reason I know that is because I’ve been working on my own emotional intelligence for the better part of 10 years and I’m still learning new things about EQ. And every time I learn something new, it creates growth in my business.

What if I have a job / family / time commitments?

Then that’s all the more reason to master your EQ.

Because the more emotionally intelligent you are, the more effective you’ll be at your job.

And the more emotionally intelligent you are, the better your relationships with your family will be.

Yes, this mentorship is a time commitment, but when you join, you’re investing your time and energy into a happier, less stressful, more fulfilling future – at work, at home, and everywhere else.

You’re investing your time and energy into becoming a more effective and persuasive team leader, a more caring spouse, a more communicative parent, a more compassionate friend.

Besides, the time commitment is only 90 minutes per week if you’ve elected a series of coaching sessions.

Did you know that the average person watches 25 hours of TV per week? It’s true!

So don’t tell me you can’t find a spare 90 minutes once a week to invest in your personal growth. Because you’re worth it.
